1. Products & Orders

  • We sell outdoor and portable living products, including picnic mats, portable tableware, and thermal incubators.

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to change product prices at any time.

  • Color & Material Disclaimer: Due to differences in monitor settings and lighting, actual colors and finishes may vary slightly from product images.

  • Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inventory limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

  • You are responsible for using products as intended and following all safety instructions.

  • Picnic Mats:

    • Use on relatively flat, clean surfaces.

    • Not intended as protection against sharp objects, insects, or extreme weather.

    • Ensure mat is fully dry before folding to prevent mildew.

  • Portable Tableware:

    • Check microwave and dishwasher safety before use.

    • Not intended for use with high-heat appliances (ovens, stovetops) unless specified.

    • Discard if cracked, chipped, or damaged.

  • Thermal Incubators (Electrical Safety):

    • Read all instructions before first use .

    • Use only with the provided power cords (12V DC and 110V AC).

    • Never immerse in water or other liquids .

    • Do not operate with a damaged cord or plug.

    • Unplug when not in use.

    • Do not place near heat sources or in direct sunlight.

    • Keep away from children.

    • Do not use for purposes other than intended (food temperature maintenance) .

    • Not for cooking raw food .

    • Allow adequate ventilation around the unit.

    • For car use, ensure vehicle is running to avoid draining the battery.

3. Food Safety

  • Perishable food should not be left at unsafe temperatures (between 40°F and 140°F) for more than 2 hours .

  • Always pre-heat or pre-chill food before placing in thermal incubator.

  • Do not rely on the unit to cool hot food rapidly.

  • Follow all applicable food safety guidelines from the USDA and FDA .

4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable US law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, foodborne illness from improper use of thermal incubators, personal injury from electrical issues, trips/falls on mats, or damage from misuse.

6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which the seller is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
